1.1 Applicability & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the okbet platform and all of its services. "Platform" refers to okbet's website, mobile version, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.

2.2 Account Registration & Use

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and up to date.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you believe your account is no longer secure, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

okbet may verify your identity at any time if required. You are obliged to provide any documents needed for verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. After a deposit is completed, it generally takes a few minutes for the balance to be credited to the account. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits must be made in the same name under which the account is registered.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

A minimum of ৳1,000 is required for a withdrawal. Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal. okbet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if verification has not been completed.

3.3 Fraud & Suspicious Activity

If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, okbet reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend the relevant account. If chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent activity are proven, the account may be permanently closed and the associated funds forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only; the deposit is not included). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳12,000 in bets before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.
• okbet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse of bonus terms is proven, the bonus may be forfeited and the account closed.
• The time limit for completing a bonus will be stated in the details of each offer.

4.3 VIP Program Terms

okbet's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular activity and betting participation. The benefits and terms of VIP tiers are subject to change.

5.1 General Betting Terms

Sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming products are available on the okbet platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with the relevant game rules and okbet's decisions.

If a result is affected by a technical error or an unusual situation, okbet reserves the right to void or review the bet.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbet platform:

• Participating in or assisting with match fixing or result manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage (bonus arbitrage).
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be closed and all funds forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues & Dispute Resolution

If a technical issue occurs on the platform, okbet will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. For transactions or bets affected by a technical error, okbet reserves the right to make a decision at its own discretion. For any dispute, please contact our support team first.
